TERMS, CONDITIONS & DELIVERY POLICY

It is understood that when buying any type of order with us, the client accepts the Terms, conditions and delivery policies specified below:

 

To confirm a custom order, you must pay 100% of the price with at least 3 (three)  weeks in advance, and we ask for a picture of the transaction.

To confirm a non-personalized order, you must pay 100% of the price of the product or products.

 

If you cancel your order right after making the deposit, we will charge 15% of your confirmation payment.

 

If you cancel your order 15 days or more days in advance, we will charge you 30% of your confirmation payment.

 

If you cancel your order 14 days  or less in  advance, we will charge 50% of your confirmation payment.

 

If you cancel your order 7 or less days in advance we will charge 100%.

 

The delivery is not  included. The delivery of  service  fee varies based on driving time and distance, for  which  the exact address must be provided and must be scheduled at least  7 days in advance.

 

Once the order is delivered in perfect condition, we do not accept claims for any calamity that  may happen after that. This is because our products are edible and can be damaged, fall, break, or deform very easily.

 

If the client requires some type of repair or retouching of the product, it has  an extra  value  that varies  according to time and it is only possible to do it during our working hours.

 

The  client  must   provide  complete  information,  all the  details that they want  in their custom order before we send you the total value of the order. If you want to add more  details to  the design, it will have an additional charge and must be notified at least one week in advance, otherwise we do not guarantee to be able to do so.

 

You can choose one cake flavor and one filling for each tier of the cake. For each additional ingredient, we will charge an extra $5.

 

We do not make exact copies! Of any cake design.

 

We handle flowers in our designs both real and plastic, and that are in the market, in case of not  find  the  exact product that the customer wants, we will try  to use a similar product, or else we will void if from the order.

 

All of our cakes must be refrigerated, we do not recommend out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours or otherwise we do not guarantee the durability of the cake in perfect condition.
